Full Video Here: You create your reality. But it's not what you think. I spent seven years trying to crack the code. The Secret. Think and Grow Rich. Neville Goddard. Every book, every technique, every visualization hack. I affirmed. I scripted. I made vision boards. And sometimes? It worked. But most of the time? It didn't. And that drove me insane. Because if I'm the creator—if I'm manifesting my reality—why does it work sometimes and fail other times? What was I missing? Here's what nobody told me. The Trap I Fell Into (And You Probably Did Too)I thought manifestation meant I was bending my reality. Like I could just decide what I wanted, visualize it hard enough, and BOOOM, life would bend to my will. That's what the books promised, right? But here's what was actually happening: I wasn't trying to create abundance. I was trying to escape lack. Every morning, I'd check my bank account, hoping the numbers changed. I'd refresh my analytics, waiting for proof I was good enough. I'd imagine a different life because I couldn't stand the one I was in. And when nothing happened? The teachers told me: You're not affirming hard enough. Visualize more. You're doing it wrong. So I'd try harder. Force more. Visualize until my head hurt. But you can't manifest something that's not already meant to happen. Because you're not the author of this story. You're inside it. You are it. And that realization? It broke me. What You're Actually ChasingLet me ask you something. Think about the last time you got something you wanted. New phone. New car. A text from someone you'd been waiting to hear from. What did you feel? Happiness. Relief. Excitement. Now, where did you feel it? Inside you, right? Here's the truth I couldn't see for seven years: You don't want the thing. You want the feeling behind it. Neville Goddard said it perfectly: "The feeling is the secret." But here's what he didn't explain (or what I couldn't hear): The feeling isn't created by the object. It's revealed. You think the car will make you happy. But the car doesn't give you happiness, it removes the clouds blocking the happiness that was always there. For a moment, your thoughts stop. You come back to yourself. And yourself—your true nature—is already whole. The problem is, the feeling fades. The clouds come back. So you chase the next thing. And the next. And the next. Thinking this time it'll be permanent. It never is. What Drinking Ayahuasca Showed MeI drank Ayahuasca a month ago. It was the second time for me. During the trip, I could create entire worlds in my mind. Friends. Family. Moments that felt 100% real. I cried tears of joy. I sobbed with sorrow. I felt everything—not in my body, but as pure feeling itself. And here's what blew my mind: The images I was seeing? The emotions I was feeling? They were no different from what we call "real life." What you're experiencing right now—sitting here, reading this—it's the same mechanism. Perception. Emotion. Meaning you assign to neutral moments. The creation wasn't the images. It was the emotions behind them. Two people look at the same thing—one feels joy, the other feels rage. The thing didn't change. The internal state did. That's when it hit me: We don't create physical reality. We create our experience of reality through how we feel, through how we perceive, through the stories we tell ourselves about what's happening. Life already exists. The movie's already playing. You're not rewriting the script. You're choosing how you experience each scene. And if that's true—if experience is created through perception and emotion—then you're not trying to manifest objects. You're trying to shift the internal state that creates the experience. Holy shit… The Sun Behind The CloudsHere's what changed everything for me. The sun is always shining. Always. But some days, clouds block it. Your problems. Your thoughts. Your triggers. Your resistance to what is. When you get that thing you've been manifesting, it doesn't give you the feeling. It removes the clouds. For a moment, your thoughts stop. You come back to yourself. And the feeling you've been chasing? It was there the whole time. The happiness. The peace. The joy. That's not something you earn or manifest or achieve. It's what you are when you stop resisting what is. But here's where most people get stuck: They think the object created the feeling. So when it fades, they chase the next object. And the cycle never ends. Letting Go (The Part I Resisted For Years)You've heard it before: Let go, and it will come. I hated that advice. Because I thought letting go meant giving up. Becoming passive. Stopping wanting things. It doesn't. Letting go means you stop resisting your current chapter. You stop trying to escape into a future you think will save you. You stop creating fictional destinations because you hate where you are. And here's the paradox I couldn't see: When you accept where you are—fully, without resistance—you reveal what's coming. That's intuition. That's your true heart's desire. Not the desperate, tight, urgent need to escape boredom or loneliness or inadequacy. But the spacious, natural, obvious pull toward something that already feels done. I felt it when I moved to Spain. I didn't know why I was learning Spanish so intensely—just that I had to. A year later, I got an offer to enter the Spanish podcast market. And I'm now, at this moment, preparing my first podcast. Crazy… right? I didn't chase it. It came. Because it was already in my movie. And when you're connected to that flow—when you're not forcing, not escaping, not resisting—you feel it in your core. You don't need to affirm it a thousand times. You don't need to check if it's happening yet. It already feels done. Because you're already whole. What To Actually DoSo what changed for me? I stopped trying to manifest outcomes. And I started asking a different question. When I wanted something—really wanted something—I'd ask: Why do I want this? And I'd keep asking until I reached the feeling underneath. I want a million dollars. Why? So I can travel and feel free. Why? Because my life is boring and I feel stuck. Ah. There it is. I don't want the million. I want to stop feeling bored. I want to escape the resistance to where I am right now. So instead of forcing the manifestation, I sat with the boredom. I faced it. I stopped running. And you know what happened? The clouds parted. I felt the feeling I'd been chasing—not because I manifested it, but because I stopped blocking it. From that place? I could visualize. I could affirm. I could use all the tools. But I wasn't using them to create something new. I was using them to remove what was blocking me from feeling whole now—and letting what was meant to happen, happen. The Real Reason Manifestation Never Worked ConsistentlyThis is what I couldn't see for seven years: I wasn't manifesting from power. I was manifesting from fear. Every affirmation was trying to convince myself I wasn't broken. Every visualization was trying to escape the present moment. Every vision board was a map away from where I was. And life kept bringing me back. Over and over and over. Until I finally stopped running. Until I finally sat with what I was trying to escape. And that's when everything shifted. Not because I got better at manifesting. But because I stopped needing to. Same timeline. Same result. But you don't have to suffer through the wait. You can feel good today instead of waiting for something external to give you permission. You can stop bleeding stress into your relationships, your mood, your entire life. The things meant for you will come. The things you're struggling to force? Ask yourself why you really want them. And remember: You create your reality through how you experience this moment. Through how you feel about what is. But you don't create the movie itself. So stop resisting. Start accepting. And watch how everything unfolds exactly as it should. Much love. — Tomas P.S.
