"The kingdom of God is within you" - Luke 17:21

In the Bible, Jesus instructed his disciples to "seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you."

But what does this profound directive actually mean?

Is the kingdom a physical place?

Something in the heavens we must strive toward?

Many misinterpretations surround this concept, primarily because we filter spiritual truth through a dualistic perspective.

I am here, and you are there.
I am here seeking, the kingdom over there.
I am here, as a separate being, and God is somewhere in the heavens judging me.

The real truth is, there is no separation. No division. That's just mental concepts created by our egoistical mind.

When Jesus spoke of the 'kingdom of God within you,' he was pointing to the same truth mystics across traditions have discovered—that the divine isn't separate from us but is our very essence. This understanding transforms not just how we manifest our desires, but how we experience reality itself.

The kingdom of God is not a place. It's your true essence. The core within you. Which is, God itself.

We can call it the universe, source, or God. The name doesn't matter, but the essence of it.

It has many names, but exists in all forms there is.

Humans, trees, flowers, wind and everything else in this universe.

Most people are too stuck in their own mental movie to recognize this, trapped in thought, emotion, and identity, they can't feel the kingdom within.

This fundamental misunderstanding explains why so many spiritual practices fail to deliver their promised results.

Nowhere is this more evident than in the world of manifestation.

Here's what I see happening over and over:

Many spiritual seekers practice manifestation but see inconsistent results.

You set aside sacred time each morning for visualization or affirmation practice. With care and intention, you've created detailed vision boards and prepared lists of affirmations that resonate with your deepest desires. You faithfully recite them, following every instruction in the books and courses to the letter. Some days, you feel the energy and connection flowing through you.

Yet weeks and months pass with no tangible results.

You are not alone.

After months or years of effort, many begin to question themselves:

Am I doing it wrong?
Why does it work sometimes, but not always?

That disappointment begins to make you wonder if there's something wrong in your ability to manifest or if the "law" is even true.

But don't worry, this is where most people get stuck and there's a way to fix it.

The division mentioned earlier is often the hidden cause.

The Problem with Traditional Manifestation

Most manifestation teachings focus on acquiring what you don't have, which ironically reinforces the very separation that prevents your desires from manifesting.

It's like trying to grab your own shadow. Every step forward moves it further away.

The harder you try to manifest using this approach, the more frustrated you become.

If you continue with this approach, you'll experience more frustration, deepen your sense of spiritual inadequacy, and waste years on techniques that can't possibly work consistently.

You know that feeling when you've tried everything, followed every instruction perfectly, and still nothing changes? That mixture of confusion, disappointment, and self-doubt that creeps in? You start wondering if perhaps these principles only work for certain people, or if you're somehow blocking your own manifestations without realizing it.

I used to be in that situation.

For years, I read all types of different manifestation books including Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, and Napoleon Hill.

I tried different techniques - everything from affirmations and visualization to scripting and journaling. Even though I had some smaller successes, it didn't really "click" for me. I was always looking for the next answer on Reddit, reading through other people's posts and comments, hoping to find the missing piece.

What I eventually discovered changed everything.

The solution wasn't another technique or visualization practice. It was a fundamental shift in consciousness that most manifestation teachers never address.

Understanding Spiritual Consciousness

What if the key to manifestation isn't about mastering more techniques but about accessing a different level of consciousness altogether?

The ancient wisdom of spiritual teachers reveals that true manifestation power comes from thinking with "The Mind of Christ" rather than worldly consciousness.

But what does it mean to think with the Mind of Christ?

Imagine a vast space. Infinite. Endless.

Inside this space, everything you could ever imagine already exists.

Within it sits a small box.

That box represents your separate thinking, your egoic mind rooted in division and lack.

You believe you are the box. And from that place, you try to reach for what's outside, using affirmations, visualizations, and techniques.

However, those tools work in the space, not from within the box.

The box limits. The space allows.

The mind of Christ is the space. It's the awareness that everything already is.

From that level, you don't try to get anything, you align with it.

You think from it, not of it.

You feel it real. And so, it becomes.

You might be wondering if this is just spiritual theory with no practical application. I assure you, it's the most practical approach possible.

What I'm about to share is not just another technique or lesson that could be found in a book.

It's a fundamental shift in how you approach manifestation that transforms it from struggle to flow.

You'll be able to use techniques effortlessly and apply the practice in a way that removes friction and resistance.

The Illusion of Separation: Why Most Manifestation Methods Fall Short

After years of struggling with inconsistent manifestation results, I finally reached a turning point. I began to notice that everything I truly wanted came when I:

  1. Rewrote the underlying beliefs around it.
  2. Was able to let go fully and fall back into my true self, I AM.

Rewriting underlying beliefs is crucial (something I cover extensively in my newsletter here), but even perfect beliefs won't overcome the fundamental issue of separation consciousness.

Great, now you have a defined strong desire, and rewritten beliefs. You reality should change right?

In theory yes.

But the issue is still a state of separation.

You've probably experienced this yourself, that moment when you've done all the "right" things, affirmed, visualized, scripted, yet still felt that subtle inner resistance .

That voice inside whispering "who am I kidding?" even as you try to maintain your positivity.

That's the separation consciousness at work.

"Trying" to manifest as a separate entity. Re-affirming beliefs as someone who tries to change.

Trying is lack.

What shifts is understanding that your desire is already yours, and your beliefs are the true concept of yourself. A entity, one with the whole, with an energy and state of abundance.

All the rest is just mental concept and noise, that doesn't exist.

It could be regrets or limitation from your past or fear and doubt for the future.

When you shift your focus, you eliminate these false narratives.

Years of working on myself, helped me get in touch with my true self within, or I AM, as Neville Goddard called it.

From this source, everything flows naturally.

This was the biggest shift for me due to not needing to actually "do anything", but just define and fall back to source, back to the present.

More flow. Less resistance.

After this shift, I experienced how solutions towards my goal came effortlessly without the struggle and effort that characterized my previous attempts.

And the most surprising part was that it felt effortless and natural, as if it was simply the next logical step in my life.

My personal breakthrough made me see the fundamental flaw in how manifestation is typically taught.

And it's more common than most people realize.

The biggest problem today in the world of manifestation isn't just individual misunderstanding, it's systematic. The entire industry is built on a flawed foundation.

I see countless spiritual and manifestation teachers drawing from famous authors like Abraham Hicks, Napoleon Hill, and modern influencers. These approaches sometimes yield results, yes. But they lack essential depth.

This isn't entirely their fault. Western culture is fundamentally built on separation, the Cartesian split between mind and matter, subject and object, self and other. This dualistic thinking has infected even the most well-intentioned spiritual teachings.

My personal breakthrough made me see the fundamental flaw in how manifestation is typically taught. And it's more common than most people realize.

When you approach manifestation from this perspective of separation, you're unknowingly reinforcing the very barrier between you and your desire. It's like trying to unite two things that were never actually separate to begin with.

In that state, you're creating from the ego: a perspective rooted in fear, lack, and limitation.

And because your reality is always a mirror of your internal state, this energy of separation is exactly what gets reflected back.

This creates a fundamental contradiction in your manifestation practice:

  • You affirm abundance while feeling lack.
  • You visualize success while feeling separate from it.
  • You script your desires while reinforcing they're not yet yours.

No wonder the results are inconsistent at best.

“I will be” is a confession that “I am not “ The Father's will is always “I AM.” Until you realize that YOU are the Father (there is only one I AM and your infinite self is that I AM), your will is always “I will be.”― Neville Goddard

Neville Goddard, one of the most famous spiritual teachers taught the concept of consciousness-first manifestation.

Recognising your true nature, I AM, and that you are one with the father.

This recognition represent thinking from the mind of christ as explained above, or spiritual consciousness. It's the state where you already are and have whatever you seek. It's a state rooted in purity and abundance.

Lack, fear, doubt and other egoic cretions doesn't exist in this true state of yours.

In this state, you are not trying.

You are.

The Four-Step Path to Effortless Manifestation

During years of being on this path of learning and growing, spiritually and mentally, I've come to discover practices that have consistently transformed my relationship with manifestation.

I know how frustrating it can be when you intellectually understand these spiritual concepts but still find yourself struggling to experience them consistently.

That gap between understanding and living from spiritual consciousness is where most seekers get stuck.

Think of this transformation like learning to swim. At first, you struggle against the water (your resistance to the present moment), but eventually, you learn to flow with it—and suddenly what was exhausting becomes effortless.

What was once a battle of willpower transforms into natural alignment.

These are 4 powerful but simple steps to help you connect with spiritual consciousness and align with the flow of life, where you effortlessly manifest through the source rather than trying with force.

What surprised me most about these practices is how simple they are—yet how profoundly they've changed my experience of reality. The fourth step especially tends to create the most dramatic shifts for people who've struggled with manifestation.

The goal is to keep it simple and straightforward. We don't want to overcomplicate it with too many steps.

These steps are all designed to help you:

  • Cultivate inner stillness and awareness to work with your internal world.
  • Learn to recognize the mind's tricks.
  • Learn to let go and fall back into your being and the flow of life.
  • Focus on your end goal through emotionally elevated states, transforming your internal world to reflect in your external reality.

Your main goals should be to align with a specific desire you want, rewrite your beliefs around it to align deeper, but also to elevate your emotions and create a stillness in order to fully align.

You can't just repeat affirmations day in and out and expect a result without feeling it fully.

Let's explore how to shift from separated consciousness into spiritual consciousness through a practical four-step approach that transformed my own manifestation practice.

1) Cultivate Inner Stillness

Cultivating inner stillness is a key factor for spiritual consciousness and effortless manifestation.

The reason why is because it helps you to calm your body and mind. An ordered calm mind results in equivalent outer reflections, that lead to a better flow and path towards your end goal.

You'll notice answers, solutions and signs along the way that'll act like stepping stones or "clues" naturally. You'll also connect with your true divine nature within easier, and in that state, everything already is. Whatever you're seeking is already fulfilled there, which means effortless flow and manifestation.

There are different ways to cultivate inner stillness but my favorite ones are:

  • Wim Hof Breathing
  • Mindfulness Meditation

The reason is because these two are easy and quick to do.

You don't have to spend hours doing it, yet their effect can be felt in the moment.

I like to start my days doing 3 rounds of Wim Hof Breathing, to calm my mind and body.

I follow this guide on Youtube: Guide. This takes around 10 minutes.

Thereafter, I sit in silence for around 20-30 minutes, just in being, observing thoughts coming and going.

Now, it's important to understand that you don't have to sit for 30 minutes. Starting with 5 minutes is enough.

You can even use background music (ocean, waves etc), or even listen to guided meditations. You do what feels easy and best for you.

The idea is to keep a daily practice and setting the bar too high could destroy the flow.

You could even do only Wim Hof breathing if it feels too much and I am sure that you'll feel difference in body and mind.

Think of times when your mind felt cluttered, you could barely think, you're tired and too deep into the outside world (work, thoughts, worries etc..)

With a practice like this, in the morning and during the day when necessary, you detach from your mental prison and state of separation, bringing your attention back to your true being and spiritual consciousness.

This practice helped me connect deeper with my essence and the present moment, which itself, is the most beautiful state to be in. But it also helped me tap into my desired end goal easier, effortlessly. I didn't have to "force" my affirmations, or visualization but it came naturally.

The deeper connection also helped me develop the second crucial skill in spiritual manifestation, the ability to see beyond appearances to the spiritual reality beneath.

Once your mind is still, you can begin to perceive with what spiritual texts call the "single eye" - pure perception unclouded by worldly judgment.

2) Practice Pure Perception

Practicing daily Wim Hof Breathing and Meditation will expand your awareness.

This means that it'll be easier for you to actually be aware of your internal world, thoughts and emotions, being able to observe it, instead of reacting to it.

That's how you detach from your egoic mind.

It's like wearing VR-Glasses all the time, during your day to day life, where your virtual reality is made up of resistance, roadblocks, hard challenges, fear etc. But with the practice of cultivating inner stillness you begin to connect with the one wearing the headset.

Little by little, the illusion fades.

You stop reacting to the simulation and start observing it.
You still see the same scenes, but now with awareness.
You notice the patterns, can catch the emotional pull, and you choose differently.

Not to fix the illusion, but to return to the real.

To what's always been true.

And in that space between awareness and reaction, you find freedom.

Until one day, the whole illusion dissolves and you remove the headset completely.

So how can you see through the illusion?

With an expanding awareness, you'll stay aware enough to recognize when you react to external stimuli emotionally.

For example:

  • You're stuck in traffic and the cars behind you start to honk.
  • You're working on a project and react negatively to challenges, feeling pressure rise in your chest, frustration cloud your thinking, and a subtle voice whisper that you're not good enough or that it's all too much.

When these situations happen, pause and reflect.

Is this taking place in my thinking mind or in my actual reality?

Do this with all reactions throughout the day, write it down if you want, do it in your mind, and then try to fall back into the state of fulfillment.

The state you enter when you do the breathing exercise and meditation.

The state of calm, peace and uplifting emotions such as gratitude, love and fulfillment.

When ego reacts, learn to fall back, live and express from I AM, where all is pure and done.

As you practice pure perception, you'll notice something surprising begin to happen. The more you observe without reaction, the easier it becomes to release your grip on how things "should" be. This natural loosening of control is the gateway to the third essential practice: surrender.

Most people misunderstand surrender as giving up or admitting defeat.

But in spiritual consciousness, surrender is actually your greatest power, it's aligning with the infinite intelligence that already knows the perfect path to your desires.

3) Align Through Surrender

Surrender isn't about giving up, it's about trusting that life will catch you when you let go.

When you surrender, you are detaching from the mental concepts, the false narratives.

Back to being.

Back to I AM. Where all already exist.

This means that that you naturally "manifest" easier.

Not as a separate entity wishing for a specific thing. But as a wave recognizing that it was already one with the ocean.

And in the ocean, everything exist.

In the ocean, everything flows naturally.

No control. No trying.

Just flow.

So how do you recognize, as a wave, that you aren't separated from the ocean?

There are many ways to fall back to being.

But the fastest and easiest way is by cultivating inner stillness, as in Step 1.

Being able to recognize when you are lost in mind, as Step 2.

And one of my favorite, and easiest way, through gratitude and self-love.

You see, our true nature, I AM, is LOVE. Its natural state is gratitude.

Through a practice of daily gratitude and self-love, you effortlessly surrender back to this true nature of yours and let everything unfold and flow as it should.

Every day, use a pen and paper, a digital note app, or whatever feels comfortable for you.

Write down some 5-10 things you are grateful for. Example:

  • I am grateful for a new day
  • I am grateful for my eyes to see with
  • etc.

Then, in the same way, write down things to love about yourself.

Not in a forced or egoic way.

But from the quiet recognition that the real you, beyond the roles, the masks, the past, is already whole.

Example:

  • I love myself
  • I love how deeply I care
  • I love that I'm still here, still trying
  • I love my presence, my being, my breath

Let these daily moments become your anchor.

A quiet ritual that dissolves resistance.

That reminds you:

You are not the clouds. You are the sun.

When gratitude and self-love become your natural state, surrender is no longer something you try to do.

It's just what's left when the noise disappears.

You return to stillness.

To love.

To I AM.

And from there, life unfolds without force.

4) Live From Spiritual Consciousness

The last step is to bring it all together into a consistent practice. You might be able to do this for one or two days and feel amazing. But if you stop, your mind will inevitably take over again.

This isn't something you do sometimes. It's something you cultivate daily, like showering, to keep yourself aligned with your true nature.

The reason is that you've built up a habit of living from your mind over the years. Now you need to break that habit by replacing it with practices that return you to your natural state of being.

It might feel overwhelming at first. But if you start small, with a simple daily routine, even just 15-20 minutes in the morning, you'll quickly get into the flow and feel the benefits.

I maintain a morning routine under 1 hour where I:

  • Do Wim Hof Breathing
  • Practice mindful meditation
  • Cultivate gratitude and self-love
  • Align with my desires through elevated emotional states and affirmations.

The key to making this work is having a structured framework that guides you through the process until it becomes second nature. That's why I created the Reality Shift Framework, a complete system that integrates all four steps we've covered into a seamless daily practice.

This framework is specifically designed to help you:
